1、Anti static masterbatch Features:
The anti-static series products produced by Beihua are mainly used to improve the surface resistance rate of various materials, and use different anti-static masterbatch for different materials. When the masterbatch is mixed with the basic resin in a certain proportion, the appearance cleanliness of the product can be improved significantly, the surface resistance of the product can be reduced, and the electrostatic hazard can be eliminated.

Recommended addition rate: 3 – 10%

According to the anti-static performance requirements of the product, determine the type of anti-static masterbatch and its addition amount, film and bubble bag: the recommended addition amount is 1.5-3%; pearl cotton: the recommended addition amount is 4-6%, and the surface resistivity of polyolefin thin film reaches 10 ^ 8-10.

The product is 25kg in a bag, packed in paper bag, lined with PE film inner bag. Store in a cool place (below 33 ℃), avoid sun exposure, high temperature, rain and heavy pressure.
The shelf life is one year.
