The EPE FILLER masterbatch produced by Beihua is a special masterbatch specially designed for the physical foaming of butane EPE. The product is based on LDPE, which is composed of inorganic compound nucleating agent, stabilizer and dispersant. It can effectively improve the foaming effect. The addition amount is large (10-15% 0), and the cost per ton of pearl cotton can be reduced by 750-800 yuan.

The talcum powder does not need to be added after adding EPE. Butane and monoglyceride are still added in the original proportion. The addition amount of weight-added masterbatch is usually 10-15% when using new materials. When using recycled materials or adding anti-static masterbatch and color masterbatch containing nucleating agent, the amount of weight-added masterbatch is reduced appropriately. Thick and thin materials are practical.

The filler masterbatch  is 25kg in a bag, packed in PP woven bag, lined with PE film, and stored in a dry and ventilated place to avoid sun exposure, high temperature, rain and moisture.
