Anti-blocking masterbatch for airbubble,polyfilm
Antiblock & slip masterbatch is a masterbatch containing 5% refined erucamide and 10% synthetic silica in a LDPE carrier resin. It gives excellent surface gloss in application for films from LDPE, LLDPE ,PP, BOPP,CPP and EVA.

KK-3 can reduce efficiently the coefficient
of friction of LDPE,LLDPE,PP,BOPP and EVA films without adversely affecting the
film transparency.
Synthetic silica gives a better
transparency than natural silica and the additive chosen in this KK-3 gives
excellent optical and dispersion properties.
RECOMMENDED ADDITION RATES
we recommend concentrations of KK-3
between 1.0 and 2.0 %
Product is packed in 25 kg PE bags. Keep
the place dry with good ventilation. Out of direct sunlight, high temperature,
rain pour and no under heavy loads.
