PPA (Polymer Processing Aid) Masterbatch

The processing masterbatch of PPA is made of polyolefin as carrier and high molecular fluorine polymer by twin-screw extrusion. It can improve the processability of MPE, LLDPE, LDPE, hdpb, PP and other polyolefins, without affecting the performance and secondary performance of the product itself. A thin layer of fluoropolymer elastomer can be formed on the die surface of the processing equipment by adding PPA masterbatch. The smooth non adhesive coating can reduce the contact friction between the raw material and the die.
