Slipping Masterbatch CP-2 produced by Beihua is a kind of concentrations containing slipping agent in PE carrier resin. It is usually used in combination with anti-blocking masterbatch to efficiently reduce the coefficient of friction of the PE film, air bubble film or POF shrink film without adversely affecting the film transparency and have negligible effect on follow-up Corona treatment and sealing process when used at normal dosage.

CP-2 can be applied in both cast film and blown film for various kinds of PE film, air-bubble film, or POF shrink film.

Recommended dosage is 1-3% in the core layer, adding as well to the skin layer if necessary.

The dosage should be adjusted according to the season, the thickness and the type of the film, and practical application.

The processing temperature should not exceed 220℃.

It should be carefully evaluated when CP-2 used in combination with other migrating additives such as anti-static agents.

CP-2 is suitable for food contact applications.

Packaging: 25kg/PE bag and another kraft paper bag as external packing.

Storage: Keep the place dry and cool with good ventilation. Avoid direct sunlight exposure, high temperature, rain pour and heavy loading.

Validity: 6 months.
